Yes, feel free to bring your own food and beverage on-site to enjoy in your workspace, meeting space, or special event rental. We also partner with local small businesses and would be happy to provide a list of recommendations.

At CoLounge we understand that everyone works differently. We support entrepreneurs building their side hustles, to small businesses who work outside of normal business hours, and we also support those who need a distraction-free spot during the day.

Our core hours for bookings are:

  • Members – 6:00am – 10:00pm
  • Non-Members – 9:00am – 5:00pm (based on space availability)

Our community is wide-ranging. From the small business owner to the solopreneur, creative freelancers, to college students, even our corporate professionals who opt for a change of scenery rather than their home office. Much of our community seeks a professional, distraction-free work space to successfully conquer their day.

Small business thrives on referrals and often those come from our connected networking groups. The CoLounge does extend our flexible space to networking groups to host an event at our centralized meeting spot during certain hours of the coworking day. In addition, our coworking community has access to a members portal where connection is encouraged with one another. We all work on different schedules, which probably means we all eat on different ones too! A full-sized fridge and a microwave is available to support fueling your body so you can crush your work!

Absolutely! Not only is our membership affordable, it also comes with PERKS! Contact us to share your referral and both will receive 10% off your membership plan!

You come to get your work DONE so you can move on with your day and we have you covered. Our high-speed secured Internet also comes with a backup Internet setup in the event there is a power disruption. So have no fear, even if you are working in our ambient lighting, you will have download connection speed of 100 Mb and an upload speed of 10Mb.

Yes, your coworking booking will come with access to print and copy. We ask out of respect to our community, and our amenities, if you need to print a booklet or copy a larger document to visit a local print shop. Should you need help with a recommendation, we can make a referral!

Our site is a single-level entry facility with a lighted outside entrance. When staff is not onsite, door access is with a keycode and/or digital key access only. When booking online a secure access will be granted only during the booking window, this includes access to the facility as well as the Internet. When CoLounge staff is not onsite, the door is locked and no coworking community members are responsible for answering the door or should allow non-identified visitors into the space. Security cameras are installed to ensure compliance and security of our coworking community’s common use space.

No. All of our membership plans begin and are pro-rated based on the date you sign-up. Our Leisure and Classic Lounger plans provide a month-to-month membership, while our Dedicated Lounger is a 3 month commitment and our Established Lounger requires a 6-to-12 month member commitment.

Our Leisure Lounger provides you the flexibility to use the space anytime Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 10:00pm to support you! If you have days leftover at the end of the month they will not extend to the next. It is a use-it or lose-it policy. Your allotted days must be used within the month they were purchased.

We have a single computer monitor available to use that will support a PC or a MAC laptop, Apple charging stations located throughout the space and a few surge protectors available. These are on a first-come, first-serve, no charge basis for our member community. Our conference room TV will wirelessly display through Google AirPlay (instructions are in our conference room on this setup).

Of course! This is your office space, so please make and receive calls as needed for your business. We respectfully ask that you remember others in the community are working, so please keep your voice and conversations appropriate for our space. Utilize the flex spaces of our non-bookable Zoom room for a quick call, our Lounge room, or our kitchenette area. If it is a lovely day, Croghan Park is located steps outside our door too!
